A SMART MOVE

The Province's Lowell Ullrich reports that Lions returner Ian Smart proved he is capable of far more than returning kicks during Saturday's game versus the visiting Toronto Argonauts.

For one of the few times this season, the third man in their two-man tailback rotation again was able to demonstrate what his teammates have known all along. Smart showed unequivocally he can do a lot more than return kicks. He will now be given a chance to perfect his skills in the playoffs.
