Lions quarterback Travis Lulay and centre Angus Reid experienced a little bit of northern hospitality at its finest this week when they were warmly welcomed to Williams Lake by the owners of a brand-new bakery.

Coincidentally, the Taylor family was celebrating the grand opening of their new business, Taylor Made Cakes, on the day that Lions touched down in the interior community to visit local secondary schools as part of the Be More Than a Bystander initiative.

Never one to turn down an opportunity for some good eatin', Reid received a tweet that morning inviting the Leos for a tour of the new facility and decided to stop by after their school tour had concluded for the day.
