JACKSON TOPS 1,000-YARD MARK AND COLLECT CANADIAN PLAYER OF THE WEEK AWARD

(Vancouver) In the wake of the BC Lions' 43-28 victory over division rival Edmonton Eskimos last Friday, receiver Paris Jackson has earned Canadian Player of the Week honors for his six-catch, 127-yard performance which included a 25-yard touchdown.
Jackson was the team’s leading receiver on the night and also broke through the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his six-year CFL career. This is Jackson’s third Canadian of the Week award with the first two selection coming in July.
