WAKE EARNS CFL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONOURS

(Vancouver) BC Lions defensive lineman Cameron Wake has earned CFL Defensive Player of the Week honours for Week 2 after an exceptional individual performance versus Saskatchewan this past Friday.
The reigning Most Outstanding Defensive Player and Outstanding Rookie recorded eight tackles and a league-high three sacks to kick off his sophomore season following a remarkable rookie campaign in 2007.
