Kara is as exotic as they come. Born to a Mexican mother and a Brazilian father, Kara has always appreciated and explored her diverse cultural background - which may explain her love of dance, which has always played a part in her life. Since the age of eight, Kara has studied ballet, jazz, and hip hop and has danced in front of crowds of all sizes, embracing the spotlight along the way.
Dance is not all that this Felion has to offer. Kara is currently working toward gaining her marketing diploma and hopes to get into a career in advertising once she has graduated.
Inspired to try out for the Felions Dance Team after watching a game at BC Place, Kara is excited and proud to be representing the BC Lions and hopes to serve as a role model to young girls who may be watching. Kara can't wait to cheer on the Pride of all BC as they make another push towards a Grey Cup victory!
