Justin Coderre enters his 11th season as video coordinator with the BC Lions. He entered the league with the Saskatchewan Roughriders as an assistant video coordinator in 2000, and in 2002 moved to Calgary where he took a vacant video coordinator position. Coderre, a native of Regina, is a graduate of the Mount Royal Broadcasting Program in Calgary.
In addition to his duties during the season, Justin plays an important role in assisting Kelly Bates and Neil McEvoy with CFL Canadian Draft preparations.
Justin and his fiancee, Ashlee reside in Surrey with their son, Brady.
