Chris was signed as a free agent by the Lions in January 2024.

Highlights:

2023: Chris was selected by the St. Louis Battlehawks in round seven of the XFL Supplemental Draft. Recorded 27 combined tackles (16 solo, 11 assisted) in nine contests.

2020-22: After release from Atlanta, Chris attended training camp with the Buccaneers and was waived on September 5. Landed with the Denver Broncos’ practice roster for the remainder of the 2020 season. He then returned to Tampa Bay in July 2021 and spent the season on the practice squad. He was released in August 2022.

2018-19: Chris signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as a non-drafted free agent and remained on the practice squad until January 2019. He then immediately signed with the Kansas Chiefs’ practice roster for the post-season and landed with the Atlanta Falcons for the 2019 training camp. He was on the Falcons’ practice squad until being activated for the 2019 regular-season finale against Tampa Bay.

College:

2015-17: Transferred to Stony Brook University and would record 147 combined tackles (77 solo, 70 assisted), nine pass breakups, four interceptions and a fumble recovery across 33 games.

2014: Chris attended ASA College and led his team with 27 tackles to go along with three pass breakups.
